BULLYING WHY DID I LET IT HAPPEN

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Eric you have had a terrible experience and you should seek not just legal advice, but also councelling. You should not go through this alone. You may find that once reported you will start to feel better. Do you have a partner? If you do, then please let them help you through this. Take care, and the best of luck.

You should have stuck around long enough to get some irrefutable evidence, ie voice and image recordings, then screw the bastard. Now you might find that neither his partner nor his relative who witnessed the misconduct will be willing to testify under oath. But any try is better than no try.

Since dear John (or Jack  ) never managed to quite get even ..... perhaps this needs due consideration ..... "He who blindly runs away, lives to fight another day" (?) ....

A similar thing happened to a good friend of mine, he worked for a 'bully' for nearly 10 years and began to believe his own lack of worth and that his was a hopeless case. This bully wasn't violent however but a clever manipulator and his verbal abuse was appalling.

My friend looks back now wondering why on earth he stayed so long.

Firstly well done for leaving, that took guts and also well done for having a rant now. My friend bottles his emotions up and the experience haunted him for many years after. A little therapy won't do any harm at all if just to settle in your mind that it was him and not you that created this awful experience. It is up to you if you wish to prosecute but you would need clear evidence and witnesses, this would be a long drawn out process. If you have evidence however - go for it!

Good luck.
