I merely answered your poll topic and comments. Fair enough you think I don't have anything to do with Cyprus, but the way I see it, I've got more right to call myself a Cypriot than all your Turkish 'settler' buddies and those 40,000 military goons.

I only support the Republic of Cyprus, not some mickey mouse regime run by a puppet. When those jokers are gone then I'll support what remains, but your 'TRNC' is illegal as far as I'm concerned and I wont support it or anyone who wants it.

I don't doubt that the TC population suffered too. However, in terms of simple figures it just doesn't compare to the invasion and susequent actions carried out by those invading forces.

Looking at today's situation the facts are clear:

1. There is an illegal regime occupying the north of Cyprus.
2. There are thousands of Turkish 'settlers' in those areas that occupy lands belonging to Cypriots (both GC and TC).
3. There are 40,000 Turkish army goons in that same area.
4. The 'TRNC' is a puppet state run by Ankara.
5. Some of the TCs in the North claim to be suffering but I have seen nothing to show what they are doing to resolve their problem.

I only support the real Cyprus, not some Turkish outpost. Get rid of your chums and join in a unified Cyprus and then I'll support you too.

1- its not illegal regime this is till solution happen as you know cyprus problem started 1963 and if nikos didnt try to kill makarios and us then turkey wasnt gonna come. u paying a bit heavy penalty for the greece and your extremists mistake but this is till solution happen
2-and we have a lot of properties in the south we left. paphos was turkish village , limasol larnaca , go to day larnaca and see the road names even in turkish and u can see which properties are belong to us. mre then you your churches owns properties in cyprus.till solution happen it will be like that.
3-trust me i dont know where you get your figures but in north its not that much soldiers . we have TC soldiers and turkish soldiers which turkish soldiers is not more then 10.000
4-TRNC is a state which is not recognised and have own parliment , president and soon. Ankara help us but we are the ones who make decisions how we stop to give passport for turkish and you have to see how strict to the foreigners . when they come to work they need a lot of things and can stay only 3 month now. it is worst in south. you have no way to stop the polish coming there and living claiming benefits and more and more. i live london how u do and u can see it here as well
5- we changed our president which was denktash and now talat. and of course u changed from papadopulus to hristiyofas and denktas and papadopulus wasnt good but now you should start to have good realtions with TCs . i forgot we didnt listen denktash and voted yes for annan plan , but when papadopulus realise we will vote yes he cried and ask for no and your churches. annan plan was made by papadopulus . denktash never go for meetings. he decided all. thats why eu says papadopulus cheated them

russia , france , greece , uk trying to control hristiyofas but trust me talat is honest . also turkey need solution for the eu. but if Erdogan goes never solution will happen . thats why talat rushing to do it quick
