EU Changed Green Line trading regulations. No custom fees

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Oracle, invading armies may well do what you say, but this army was nowhere near the old City of Famagusta during the period I mentioned - read my last two posts and tell me that the looting was all in my imagination. ............. on second thoughts, forget it.
Yep, we sneaked out from Magusa between the 20th July and 16th August, did what you say, and sneaked back into the old City again.  and then blamed the GC's.

Now why didn't I think of that !

That's not you what you said 74LB ..

Just to point out that that looting was not exclusive to one community. We vacated our property just outside the old city of Famagusta on the evening of 20th July and made our way in the old City.

When we re-emerged nearly a month later while the outside was totally under GC control, the majority of TC properties were ransacked and looted.

That covers the time-period in which the Turks invaded (twice ... )

Oracle, no need to use giant words as I can read normal font without a problem.

Now I'm sure you know what went on once 20th July happened.
You know where the Turkish army were when they landed and advanced from Kyrenia.
You know that Magusa/Famagusta was under siege on the east coast - you do know where this is, don't you  .
You know that the Turkish army did not reach Magusa till 16th August.

So why are you being so bloody ignorant !

See, I can play with fonts as well

Just accept that YOUR community can behave just as bad as anyone.
If you were not aware of the above, I'm sure some of the GC's will enlighten you.

Me, I'm off to watch Italy v France.

Tim Drayton wrote:"Did you know back in 1974 the Turks didnt even know what a toilet was."

A couple of interesting questions come to mind.

1. Prior to 1974, how did Turkish Cypriots urinate and defecate?

2. Who taught the Turkish Cypriots about toilets post 1974?

A further question to the author of the above obscenity. Have you ever, in your whole life, even once, spoken to a Turkish Cypriot?

Hi Tim,

With regards to your comments above they were not intened as rasist slurs. I actually got the information from TC friend in London. He told me when solders started looting Famagusta they saw the toilets and didnt know what they were. This came from a TC I've know since I was a child.

So in answer to you last question yes I have spoken to a TC. I have many TC friends that I've grown up with.

If any TC's took exception to my comments may you accept my apolgy. My original post should have read Turkish Solders.
