If someone was to ask… “What are the ORIGINS of the Turkish Cypriots, where did they come from?”

Is it possible to correctly answer this question without reference to this fundamental event/date???

Different people define Cypriot Nationalism in different ways. Whether you are attached to Hellenic culture or not. Your perception of some members being Greek Nationalists is incorrect as this is merely a connection to Hellenic culture, and whether you like it or not, Cypriot culture is predominately Hellenic. And at the end of the day, they too are Cypriot nationalists as well.

NATIONALISTS!!! Everywhere !!!!!

An Island, centuries under occupation, centuries local people suffering the pressure of the invators power and stright control of their lifes.Do not allowed to speak their origin language, not even to follow the habits of their religion, not even to have schools with their own and natur culture.

Well, I'm still here and wot I say is that it's best not to be an agnostic, sitting on a fence cos there's a good chance fence sitters will get a sore bum, better to celebrate our Cypriotness.
