He will have to jump through hoops and virtually prostitute himself to the TRNC property commission and end up will a fraction of it's worth ~ whilst you can ask the full current price for your plot in Paphos

You can sell your plot in Paphos without much problem but a GC can't sell his property in the north and according to you its the fault of the Greek Cypriot government ~~ Well you amaze me .

I'm sure Jerry will be pleased to know that it's not actually the Turkish Cypriots preventing him accessing his property with the assistance of around 40,000 troops from Turkey but it's actually the Greek Cypriots ~ Jerry will be as confused as I am with that enlightening statement.

Gav, I don't want to apply to anyone I just want to go and stay in the house that my family bought and paid for but there are some people living there. The house is near Bogazi, can you tell them that they have no right to be there and politely ask them to bugger off so that the legal owner can move back in.

My great grandad owned something like 400 achres of land. Anyway, most of that land was built on by Tourists. What do we do? To be honest they want it back so that they can have a holiday home, we would not mind Turkey tropps leaving too, after all, it's not Turkey is it now. Maybe a change of name as well to just North Cyprus, instead of Northern Cyprus, or TRNC.

This wouldn't happen in the ROC Sega as there are laws in place to prevent it ~ unlike the north where GC's land and property has been sold wholesale to naive and gullible foreigners by using trnc issued deeds which will make any efforts of a eventual solution unworkable.
