Yes it is still avalaiable and yes the owner will do a 3 month let then a month at at time.

hi there,i have a fully furnished and equipped 2 bed apartment on a small complex with shared pool and covered parking.Ideally would like to sell,but a long term rent/holiday let would be acceptable to the right tenants and the right rent.
