Souvla is my least favourite dish to cook! Christmas, Easter, any Sunday you can smell it in any neighbourhood.

Fasolaki Yachni with lamb, a good homemade Moussaka, Lasagne, or a proper curry from scratch, are my type of dishes for inviting people round.

If you can get some black pudding, that's great for a proper English Breakfast.

Koftedas and koupepia, the wife does.

I can manage white pudding when I can find it.

Was in Edinburgh last September and brought back black and white pudding from my Aunt's local Butcher. Mad a 'Minstrel Breakfast', it was excellent.

Brought back some proper Haggis as well, which I did with 'neeps and tatties'. Unfortunately due to too much hunting this rare species is about to die out.
