future of ledra palace hotel

what do you think about it?UN are leving the hotel and the hotel will most probably given back to church who owns 78%....(i know the hotel is at the buffer zone but this is what the newspapers wrote)....to make it a functional hotel ,about 4 million cyp will be needed. should it become a hotel again or do you have any other ideas?it was built in 1948 in arabic style...

it seems everybody has run out of ideas....well anyway,i believe it is good if it fubctions again as a hotel,its a very beautiful building .

Who owns the hotel?

Whoever own it gets to decide I guess.
