I guess it MIGHT be possible at underground sites... it's HUGE and would involve many archives to download if available... ask your friends if they've got it.

Apologies to any of the 200,000 refugees who are having to read this disgusting dissection of acquired land in the north to which they would be prevented from exercising similar "Rights" ....

i have not done anything to you, i don't live in a greek cypriot property. its not my fault that the goverment has not got of its arse in 18 years to measure my plot. all i am doing is trying to sort out how this has happened and why your land office map is incorrect. i'm sure in canada as in the uk this would not happen. you should more worry about the people who are jcb -ing down your historic buildings and building new concrete villas.

thanks get real, problem is plot is strange shape it has 21 sides,i can see what your saying about the right angled triangles, i can measure all sides if the triangle but how do i find the area of them? i should have listened at school lol. my house was here before the map was written, it has not changed shape or size , but from the map it now measures 1/2 metre smaller in width and 1 metre shorter on one side. how we don't know. one very old courtyard wall again has not moved, from the map measurements it is now 20cm longer. i need serious help!!!

Copy map/plan on to acetate sheet. Like those used on an OHP. Place under a A4 graph paper and calculate the 1mm or 2mm squares (according to scale)and calculate from the map scale the area.

btw, triangle thingy, area can be measured as a sum; sum up the "triangles", and the "squares".

Let me get this straight ... we have been suggesting to you for ages that all transactions taking place in the Turkish Occupied areas are illegal because the RoC is prevented from administrating its normal duties ... because of the occupation ... and you kept insisting everything was hunky dory ...

Now you have the audacity to blame the RoC for not measuring your plot?

no one is blaming you personally rose, but I hope now you realise how important it is to have a strong central government which effectively can defend our rights as Individuals, where a government like the KKTC, (and its "Greek" equivalent) is concerned. without Two National Assemblies, and a Unitary State, the check and balance, as in this case, is not transparent.

Easiest way to do this measurement, is draw the plot in Autocad with the dimensions of all the sides. measure all the diagoanls and put them into autocad and let the damn pc calculate it for you.

any autocad users out there wanting to help you know where to go.
