I'm interesting in long term rent, at least 3 years, a 2 bedrooms house or 2 bedrooms apartment for my family - my wife, my son & I.
I'm not tourist, I'm from Russia.
unfurnished is preferred
(it must have possibility to install an oven, a dishwasher, washer)
Without owner in the same house
There must be a shady park or square, or a beach.
(storage room, parking place - not mandatory features)
aside from a big road

Forgot to mention that it has a covered private car park , a washing machine , dishwasher and all kitchen utensils .
The Municipal gardens of Limassol are about 30 metres away.

Excellent , my last tenants were Russians , the husband worked down the bottom of the road in the Large Russian building with the glass sides.They stayed for 2 years and paid their rent promptly .Since I do not live there my self my son in law is responsible and looks after my flat.
Was there a particular reason in your quest I wonder Oracle ?
ps . I also own the adjoining apartment that I use on my visits to Cyprus as usual for long weekends . If you are ever in Limassol your welcome , with your family to stay at my luxurious apartment , rent free of course and with the largest wine ""cellar"" in town , well fridge rather than cellar actually , at your disposal , wine free of course !! Fully air conditioned naturally and just metres away from the beach . What on earth am I doing in Londonshtan. Alla eloargazen o kamilos tsialla o kamilaris !!
