Has anybody had any dealings with Furniture warehouse in Paphos and if so how did you find their service.

We ordered a sofabed in early Feb and they said it would be 6 weeks for delivery(from uk). It has never arrived and we have been getting told since the 6 week point that it is "In the container at Limassol port".

They called the person we have to look after our apartment today and said they would be there to deliver it today. After removing the sofabed they had lent to us and got it to the van it came apparent that the didn't have ours.

Luckily the lady acting on our behalf stopped them taking it away as she knows we have lots of bookings.

Has anyone else suffered this type of service???

Mate, you get what you pay for!

I recommend Steptoes everytime. I order my kit on the Wednesday and it was with me on the Saturday. Cracking company!
