Title Deeds

Postby AngieCyp » Fri Jun 13, 2008 7:18 pm

Hi There

No I don't have title deeds as it was finished in August 2006 so it's a fairly new project, I have p.performance on it and it's built by Maispa who are an established developer in Paphos. The furniture is high quality and it's a lovely apartment in a great location will be sad to see it go.

If you send me your email address I will send you pics as the image attachment on this keeps failing.

Regards

Angela

The reason I don't have the title deeds is because the project was finished in August 2006. It takes time to get the title deeds (average 3-5 years) as the developer owns the title deed for the whole plot which then has to be subdivided with land registry into the individual owners names this is why we have specific performance from land registry which I have stamped onto my contract.

As usual this process takes time as the saying goes slowly slowly.

I just wanted people to understand the process as purchasing property can be complex and at times worrying so i just wanted to shed a little light onto the title deeds situation without going into too much detail.
