I know more than you do about copyrights in the TRNC. How many artists get royalty for their material being played on radio or TV? How many of them do you think could successfully claim royalties in the TRNC? Which publication is going to pursue Halil for copyright infringement in the TRNC?
Are you forgetting there is no TRNC?
It might be a good idea to take your head out of your backside and look around you now and again and see the real world.
You obviously DO NOT understand what a “copyright” is because copyrights belong to the AUTHORS and have nothing to do with countries. Anyone who writes up ANYTHING AT ALL and ads at the end… “Copyright John Citizen” has automatically retained the copyright for that piece of work. If there is no copyright message at the end then it falls under PUBLIC DOMAIN in which case you can copy and use it freely.
Get your facts right and quit trying to spread your CRIMINAL Turkish Cypriot ways on this forum and making a complete monkey of yourself because for as long as GR is around it’s not going to work…
Talk about stating the fucking obvious. I'll repeat my point which may get through to your thick head this time. THESE INFRINGMENTS MEAN JACK-SHIT IN THE TRNC AS YOU ALL CLAIM THERE IS NO TRNC.
Both the "TRNC" and Pakistan are IRRELEVANT to Copyrights so OPEN YOUR EYES AND EARS because you're talking to Australia's most prolific shareware author of the nineties who lived and breathed copyright laws DAILY out of professional need.
At the end of each newspaper article, Turkish Cypriot or otherwise, you’ll find a copyright notice and that is there FOR A REASON.
Respect people’s copyright rights and give up the life of crime.
Your missing the point. Our illegalities are not by choice. If Halil ignores posting a link to the article in question its hardly a criminal offence and even if it was its hardly something the author could do anything about.
If a “unified” Cyprus ever comes to pass, I predict that half the Turkish Cypriots will end up in prisons by the end of the first year from all their legal ignorance. This is obvious from all the utter stupidities being posted by the TC members on the forum who seemingly know no other way but the way of a convict.
Get your uncivilized heads stuck into the rights & obligations of a citizen in a democratic country just to get ready for the coming sweeping changes lest your wives and children start receiving prison visitation invitations soon!
Poor Halil, with all his offenses will probably spend half his remaining life in jail
I just randomly copied and pasted the below, how many years will I get for this offense?
Ways to Annoy People
1. Put your face really close to theirs while they're facing a
different direction, tap them on the shoulder, and watch them
jump when they turn to face you.
2. Copy their actions and everything they say.
3. Step on the backs of their heels while they're walking.
4. Yell across a crowded room to them: "Hey, John, the results came
back from the V.D. clinic: we're clean!"
5. In a communal shower or shower house, turn the hot water all the
way up and the cold water all the way down (or vice versa) while
they're rinsing the shampoo out of their hair and can't see
anything. Or, when you're finished showering, go outside and turn
the main valve off.
6. Pretend you don't understand what they're saying, no matter how
much they yell and how slowly they say it.
7. When somebody asks, "Hey, did you get a haircut?" reply, "No, all
of them."
8. When somebody asks, "Do you have the time?" reply, "Yeah."
9. If you have a dot matrix printer, leave the little computer paper
tracks on the paper when turning in a report or essay.
10. Ask an artist, "It's not finished yet, is it?"
