There is a fine line between crude jokes, colourful language and even slightly offensive remarks forming part of the acceptable hazards of participating freely in an adult forum ... especially when not all are equipped with the same reasoning ability to differentiate between satire and opinions ....

.... and some of the direct physical threats I have had to endure from halil, in the past.

He has shown himself to be unstable in debates and this would be just another hazard but for the fact he is a prominent poster of Turkish propaganda ... and apparently a professional "spokesperson"

As such his threats can not be taken as lightly as those from other forumers .... and indeed could incite hatred and aggression beyond this forum.

This is today's direct threat to myself:

Please scrutinise the comments on the thread, and tell me if this is acceptable as a reply to the ongoing debate on the topic:

by the way a Turkish Cypriot man is after you ? he is asking where about Paphos you are .... He lives in Paphos since 2002 . He says he likes the wowan with anger and hate .... he is a married man ... his wife stays in Paphos too ...

I found the comments you left on connors thread absolutely disgusting and not what I would expect of a supposedly educated woman.

I'm really surprised admin didn't remove your posts ~ in my opinion they should have done.

My advice is if you can't take it don't throw it in the first place ~ what you sow you will reap.

The intense hatred you show to many of your fellow posters plus your obviously superior attitude does you no favours at all

Sorry I don't recall seeing that post tess .....

What makes halil's threat (whether he has been trained to add a question mark or not) more significant is that there had been no heated exchanges, all the posters were commenting on topic and regarding the depth of the reading required for such an enormous piece of work, before forming opinions.

Halil's personal threat was not part of a heated exchange! It appears cold and calculated.

I'll wait to hear the opinion from Bayrak / halil how much of an official threat this was, so far it stands ... but either way my concern that such a comment from an apparently professional spokesperson ... (as he seems to have confirmed to GR! that he is) ... may have wider implications / repercussions ...

I don't know who made the threat (which I condemn) to you tess, but I feel there is also a difference between us as posters and halil / bayrak influencing outsiders ....

Making insinuations to others that some stranger is “looking for you” does indeed qualify as a threat, something that Halil has done to me also in the past on more than one occasion.

Halil is a classic FORUM ABUSER not only by the personal threats he often throws around, but also by…

1. Making countless copyright violations of other people’s work by posting articles with no links.

2. His incessant cut & paste BRT propaganda propagation.

3. Participating in the prostitution of GC property in the occupied territory by eliciting customers online with false promises of “safe” real-estate acquisitions.

4. Participating in the illegal Human Smuggling industry of the “TRNC” by propagating bogus “holidays” to/from Syria…
