God, look out. Lock up your homes in ROC!

As a matter of fact, the first rental vehicle stealing incident has been from north to south last month.
There is a rental company based in Kyrenia renting only Mercedes vehicles.Last month one of their vehicles was rented by some people from the south and after swooping registeration plates it was driven across the checkpoint to the south...has not been heard of since.

So much for the “confidence building” of the opened roadblocks… after five years the only confidence that seems to be building is that of organized crime.

Unfortunately, the crooks on both sides cooperate with each other better than the honest people do.

No , İceman you are making mistake . You should write Crooks are only stays at North . Than GR will love you !

Nonsense! I agreed with Iceman 100%. Amazingly, and despite language and other barriers, crooks smell each other out from hundreds of meters away...

I don't appreciate you doing all the things you do that I outlined in the "personal threats" thread. You obviously cannot express yourself in any other way, language being one of the problems, so perhaps you're not forum material.

Have a look at someone like "Observer", a Turkish Cypriot who puts up good arguments without irritating GCs with all the things I accuse YOU of.

You are too slack and "bagabottis" for my liking...

i saw a program on tv in the uk, where they went to africa looking for stolen merc's, they set of the tracker system and were getting hits on it every few seconds, so most stolen merc's go there.

Seriously though, why would you take a Z card to the other side, either being North - South, or South - North. In my opinion both sides are governed by different laws and a different government structure. In this case it's worse than driving a car from France to Germany, since both countries are European. Northern Cyprus is not in the European Union (i think they have a university called Middle Eastern University, lol), so a kind of analogy is from Spain to Morrocco, I am sure it's possible, but I assume many cars go missing.

This will only work if Northern Cyprus joins the EU (which it won't), this makes me feel that's such an experiment is purely a waste of time. The police in Northern Cyprus and the ROC need to communicate together in order for this to work. I don't really see this happening.

İt will help to turist to go around at Southern part of the island as well while they are staying at north .

we have many TC's lives in UK or other part of the worlds .They comes back some times to visit their families at north .This will give them a chance to visit south or to visit their homes or bird places without depending on others .
another way it wasn't fair that Z cars can get in from South to North but they could not go from North to South .Do you think it was logical ? or what kind of the effect was on The TC's .
