I just think it would be a good learning experience, mentally, physically, emotionally. it would build character and id meet lots of great people.

ofcourse i want to study first though.

not sure on the great but you will get an interesting cross section of the demographics of Cyprus.....with extra emphasis on the village.

much has changes since then its much more relaxed going in taking souvlakia playing tavli with friends and taking your mobile and ipod , nothing like in 1988, my father was in the 70's or 80's army also much worse then it is now, nothing like that...

but i will be very suprised if they make him go to army anw...
