EU Nationals who are not resident in Cyprus are permitted to buy as much land as they wish but are restricted to purchase one house or one apartment for which approval from the Council of Ministers is required.

Forget the frigging freckles and find me a link regarding the number of properties non-resident, non-natives are allowed to own ... or something relevant to that effect ... pretty please

I shall deal with both of your posts this evening since I'm at work during the day.
May I just say quickly to Oracle that she is "barking up the wrong tree and I shall elaborate later on today. Also I would like to ask Oracle , and I'm giving her some time to consider this , what does she think is the value of her contribution to a solution of the Cyprus problem right now TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that our government as well as its overseas' representatives are , and have been engaged in negotiations for a peaceful solution . What would she have to say if SHE was taking parts in the current negotiations either as Cypriot politician here in Cyprus or as Cypriot diplomat lets say in the UN. Would she adopt the stance that she supported as presented by GR , ie "ALL OPTIONS ARE NOW HISTORY AND ONLY WAR WILL LIBERATE THE OCCUPIED LANDS. "" Would she stand on the UN forum and voice those opinions that war IS THE ONLY OPTION. ?? I ASK THAT SHE TAKES HER TIME TO ANSWER .
May I request that she concentrates on the issue here and not "lecture " me about freedom and Mandela.

miltiades, awaiting your 'Deal' with bated breath.

We've been stood up !

Shame really, I was quite looking forward to a good rant.

Do please remember that what is worth having , or in this case reading , then it is worth waiting for . Circumstances sometimes prioritise anticipated activities , you two must be a little patient , you will receive your long awaited accolades ...I promise you . Be back soon !!

There is no comparison between the statement attributable to him , that you posted , and that of a mere forum brawler who would run a mile at the sight of the enemy , bullies and cowards usually do !!

miltiades, the generally accepted definition of a 'Bully' is one who uses his superior strength to frighten, subdue or oppress one weaker than oneself.

A 'Coward' is one who is afraid to face danger, (could be coupled with a 'Bully' since such a one would become emboldened in such company).

I wonder if you are able to grasp the significance of the words you have used 'Above' and are able to associate them with certain events currently taking place in the 'Middle East' ?.

Your reference to one 'Running a Mile' at the sight of the enemy would imply that NOT running would be an attitude you would admire.

Congratulations miltiades, with your own words you have condemned the 'Bullying and Cowardly' actions of those you have hitherto supported, you have also commended those who (although certainly outnumbered and facing far superior might) have stood their ground against those 'Bullies'.

WELCOME to OUR SIDE miltiades, I just KNEW you would see the light one day.

It took a long time, but it feels good to know that I will no longer be subject to your insults, thank God for that !.

Eliko , wrong as always my dear !!! Your views and mine are billions of miles apart !! On most things not on everything of course .I will not deal with your above post I think we covered this before.

I beg to differ miltiades, I cannot recall having made such comparisons as a result of your own words, which have allowed us to analyse them from a different perspective.

I rather fancy that your reluctance to engage here, lies in the fact that you are a little bewildered and cannot find the means to wriggle out of the corner you have painted yourself into.

Your usual weapon, 'Dismissal' hardly serves as an excuse on this occasion, perhaps another volley of abuse might relieve your anxiety particularly if you attack my 'Education', why not give it a shot ?.

(perhaps you will also 'Deal' with this one along with those already under your scrutiny )
