v-plate car

In november 2002 we bought a dutyfee fom Japan imported second hand car. This car belonged before us to a Russian.
Now we do not know what to do with it. Having it registered seems to be very expensive and sending it to Holland and have it registered there is also very expensive and moreover the steering wheel is on the right side while we are driving on the right side. Could anyone give me some advise?

Take to north cyprus and then turkey where they drive on the right and sell it is another alternative.

Hi Jannie

You will need 'Permission to Dispose' from Customs and Excise, whatever you do with the vehicle; best not tell them you are selling it in the North!!
