Plenty of water in Paphos.

The Cyprus Mail is quoting there are no water cuts in central Paphos. There seems to be an abundance of water available through bore holes.
Would it not be prudent to start rationing water in Paphos and start supplying areas who are suffering most.
Any news on the Greek fleet ?
