OK, now I know most of you guys are not in a position to purchase this, but I thought I would give you a taste.

Not for the average person, but I have just on my books a piece of ground (7.85 scales or 10504m2) on the seafront at Pernera, Eastern Cyprus. This is prime building land for those very exclusive villas (sell at around 2m Cyp nearby). There is 30% build density with roads and all services.

Investors, developers, or anyone else with that kind of money to spend please pm me in the first instance. These seafront parcels of land are fast disappearing so get a move on.

Please no time wasters, viewing anytime for serious buyers only.

Price is Cy£5m

Pantheman, are you able to offer a sizeable discount for those who fled for their lives from the Turkish Army in '74 ?
