Who know about about prices accessible tourism services? Wheel prices a taxi with a ramp for wheelchair, or electric 3-4 wheel scooter for hire etc.?

There was an English guy that supplied 4 wheel scooters in Nicosia, they were marketed for the disabled market and shipped from the UK. He also sold and hired electric wheelchairs. I met him two years ago at a trade fair in Nicosia. Try the local council in Nicosia, they may have his details, from what I can remember he was the sole supplier in Cyprus.
