I was in Faliraki 18 months ago. Following MEGA bad press about 4-5 years ago the mayor banned organised bar crawls in the town. This has definately served to quieten it down a bit. In fact I thought it was slightly too quiet at night. No hassles apart from a few bar touts.

Was in Agia Napa last year and it seemed "calmer" but not as much so as Faliraki, especially in the Square. Came across a few of the usual knobs who think they're invincible when they've had a drink but, they're on holiday, you gotta expect it to a degree. They only cross the line when they disrespect me or anyone I'm with, as far as I'm concerned. Apart from that, let them live it up. Hopefully it's only themselves they damage.

We honeymooned on Rhodes many, many years ago. out of season. Had much of that lovely beach at Faliraki to ourselves. Those were the days a young, handsome me and a slim Mrs C. in a skimpy bikini....sigh...
