There is no such entity as "Turkish Cypriot" village ... there are only RoC villages in Cyprus .... some under Turkish occupation (in the north) ... some still free in the south.

All the houses in all the villages have to pass through RoC administration before being sold or transferred to another owner.

You are absolutely right Oracle, but not untill they have jurisdiction over the Northern lands. Hopefully with your support and the negotiations this will take place. Keep your fingers crossed.

no i think oracle believes that the roc goverment owns all of cyprus. she need to wake up and see the world still goes on in the trnc along with property transactions. she all full of quotes but no real conversation.

I know they do, that is why many people, have told you many times, that they are illegal transactions ....

If you are comfortable with that knowledge, and wish to preside as part of an Internationally declared illegal entity, than prepare to be viewed befittingly.

don't take notice of them .they all know where is the Pinarbaşı (KRİNİ) or other TC villages located .
they are doing only propaganda or they are trying to scare the people that with fear they can damage our living .
it is not easy . we are here and you and i will be at Pinarbaşı forever ... time will come they will understand their mistakes.
world knows what is ROC or TRNC otherwise we will not have UN's or peace plans at our agenda . let them to speak.

Halil, so someone is telling RoseAndChan (why does Terry and June come to mind??) that property transactions under illegal Turkish occupation in the north of Cyprus are NOT legal - and your telling them to just ignore what they are told? lol

Keep living in some fantasy world - the world does not want to see a 'TRNC' and the time where many Cypriot refugees will be able to return to their properties is coming. The parasite British, who purpousely buy Greek Cypriot properties in the north because of their cheap value, will suffer.
