REMAINS OF MISSING MUSTAFA ARIF WERE BURIED

The remains of Mustafa Arif who went missing in 1963, have been buried with a ceremony in Gazimagusa. (Famagusta)

The remains of Mustafa Arif - the father of the Presidential Advisor and former Mayor of Lefkosa Kutlay Erk were unearthed in Strovolos in South Cyprus by the Committee on Missing Persons which has been carrying out exhumations in both sides of the island.

President Mehmet Ali Talat, Prime Minister Ferdi Sabit Soyer, Ministers and many high ranking officials attended the funeral.

The funeral was also attended by the Undersecretary of Greek Cypriot leader Dimitris Christofias, Vasos Georgiu, a delegation from the Greek Cypriot political party EDI and the Slovakian Ambassador to Cyprus as well as other foreign representatives in Cyprus.

May he rest in peace. It hurts though when contemplating that the murderers still walk among us.

The murdurers of both sides will never be brought to justice in this world . If people banish the mentality behind these acts it is enough.

Although i am not a believer,these are the times i hope there is another world after life so that these criminals are made to pay for their crimes.

i hope oneday from both sides murderes will be brought to justice even they are dead . they are and they are supporters also should be fined .

they might walk still among us some how they will or they are families will punished by god . i am sorry İceman but god punishes at someways !
murderes does but their kids or grandchilds pay for it .

may all of them be rest in peace !

Golly Bananiot...how would you describe, ethnic cleansing, murders, rapes young and old, missing, etc, of innocent people performed by "turkey=fascist state"...

Unlike you I do not condone none of the above...
