REMAINS OF MISSING MUSTAFA ARIF WERE BURIED

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Not naming the killers on both sides means that we all feel comfortable rubbing shoulders with these people. It means we are OK with some of them enjoying high government positions.

I am not referring to everyone who took up arms against the "other" community. I am talking about people who carried out atroticities, and we all know they were not many. Perhaps we cannot put them on trial, but we should know who they are. There were 15-20 people who carried out the Maratha killings. They were in their 20s and 30s back then, now they are in their 50s and 60s, at the peak of their careers. Who are they?

Yiannis Ashiotis, living in Tymbou prior to the invasion and then resident of Mosfiloti. One of his legs has since been amputated due to gangrene and is being looked after by one of those Sri Lankan women I hear in his house in Mosfiloti.

He was among the top five EOKA B protagonists and later filmed with Nicos Samson in the infamous video taken at the extreme-right Mosfiloti Kafenion in the post-invasion documentary… I’ll try and find it.

May be wise to add such words and phrases as " ...allegedly..." , "I've heard it said that...", "someone told me that..." etc to any names.
