Legal under what GR ? The RoC? The one formed under the Zurich agreements? We never got a chance to VETO it , so let me VETO it for you NOW. We OBJECT!

Well son is in bed, so I was going by memory ... but on your link, if you point to each character, they say their own names ...

So:

Red = Lala
Purple =Tinky Winky (the gay one)
Yellow = Dipsy
Redd = Po ... son's favourite and we had a stuffed one back in UK ...
