So, what you reckon then. Are you going to come over and open a shop or have we put you off?

Hi halil and Z4,
wath about fresh pasta production in there ?
From the various menus I`ve read and the ones posted, I understand that there are many Italian restaurants that serve pasta in an English/chinese way.
Here in Italy pasta&chicken doesn`t exists...if you try to serve pasta&chicken there`s a risk to have it splatted against your face.It would be great to produce and cook your own fresh pasta...but my answer is ..would fresh-pasta work in Cyprus...Do people like it in there?
Many many thanks again!

Baizano, I hope your are not gonna be a stucatso, and take the advice here seriously...

You need to take a couple of weeks off, go to Cyprus, and do some marketing...

Start by looking at the phone book, engage and see who and how many are doing what you are proposing to do...see where the prices are and see where you gonna fit in...

Visit their restaurants when in cyprus, taste their food...taste other food, with similar pricing...do the costings...establish somekind of a guideline for your self...

This is how you do it....and please stop with the rompe gorlione...

i think in north cyprus people would love a good pasta restaurant, is one i know of but doesn't have a very good reputation. my tc friends like any food with herbsand olive oil but are not big on hot spices and to much garlic. you may have to adapt flavouring slightly to please them. local indian restaurant does and has many tc customers. good luck what ever you decide.

Boomerang, thanx for your suggestions....even if they are obvious suggestions like the person who wrote them.
If you are bored of my posts symply stop reading them.
I`ll be in Cyprus in late july till end og August.
I guess you are teen ager....pls grow up a bit and in the meantime cut off your web connection!!!!
Offending people is really stupid, and doing it by writing on the web is also cowardly!
I`m going to put lot of money on it and my lifesyle...I`m thinking of it very seriously...so non rompermi il cazzo IDIOTA!!!!
