Build Plots - Central Paralimni

Postby pantheman » Tue May 27, 2008 4:25 pm

Well, here we are again, I have just recieved 3 x build plots side by side just off 1st April Ave, side and rear of Cytashop and near the new Lidl store due soon.

One of the plots has also been granted planning for 6 apartments. The location lends itself well to this type of development.

The location is an ideal investment opportunity especially if bought together.

They are also suitable for building ones home if so desired. Being central all amenities are close by and shopping would be a doggle!

Offers around Cy£165,000 (281,920 Euros) each but price is negotiable. These have seperate title deeds and ready to be transfered.

Anyone interested please pm me, cheers.

These have now been drastically reduced, hereby making this a real investment opportunity.

Price each is Cyp£135,000 or Cyp£400,000 for all three

Act now for a real bargain.

This is down to individual financial needs.

In this case, the owner has them so is prepared to bite the bullet and take a loss.

When you can sell land at ayia napa and protara for cyp£500,000 per scala with only a 20% build factor, then you can sell anything.

Its all down to persoanl circumstances.

Are you interested to purchase??

Like I said, you don't know each persons situation. No one wants to under cut him/herself, they always ask the going rate (and a bit more if they can) before they decide to come down.

You should know that many items that are put on display as for sale are actually not for sale, people like to test the market and see what they can get. I have had a few deals break because eventually the owner has decided not to sell, even after I have taken them a client!

Anyway, they will only go so far before they will just give up, no one gives away land.

Good luck with your search
