Yep. Went to Gym first thing (had a lie in till 8am though) and straight out on bike. Just been up into the mountains for a couple of hours. The weather is nice at the moment, so I thought I'd get out and make the most of it before I go back to work tomorrow.

Knackered now  (...I've not been "hiding" btw  )

Pleased you had a good day and you sound springier :D

I've had my laziest day ever .... I am seriously sun-burnt from swimming, so I have been confined to the house .... :(

I refuse to wear sun-screens as they pollute the water, as well as promote cancer ... (they do prevent sunburn .... but that is all!)

So I have had a mindless time on the forum.

Weather here no nice enough to get burnt.

How do they promote cancer, I thought they worked to lessen the chances of it? (I'm curious, not arguing the fact) :D Also with the pollution thing, are organic ones available? I would have thought so, though I haven't looked into them that closely.
