Actually ... I do apologise for my evil subconscious!

She is always out to sabotage my diet and desire to regain a youthful, svelte figure..... :roll:

Grandma, I guess we are both on the hunt for the elusive and unattainable .... :lol:

Personally I have never noticed these miracle wonders in the shops ... but then I suppose they are not usually kept near the confectionery or wines :roll:

Its the Cyprus way of life that is to blame!I do need to lose weight because of hip problems and excersise is not an option.I'm sure Slimfast would work here as it is getting too hot to eat full meals.

They have just stopped importing slim fast, if any where has any left you best buy them up quickly!

Yeh, a bloody big lemon drizzle cake :? :wink:

Grandma, try something light like a tomato and onion salad (without the olive oil) and sardines or pilchards. Much better for you and tastier, but still light and refereshing on warm days (Make a couple of hours before eating and place in fridge to chill). Slimfast is a gimmick.
