Due to World food crisis (not guilty! ), I think they need the wheat to make bread. :?

Perhaps they can look into wheat alternatives as a substitute for "Shredded Wheat" ..... like re-cycling other Cereal Boxes!

.... For those of us into home-cooking; paper-shredder machines may become another "must-have" kitchen appliance .....

Brilliant insight! I have always thought of Shredded Wheat as musty old cardboard too!

Whilst others may disagree, I have a penchant for Bran Flakes, YUMMY! :)

This is the first day I have eaten sensibly and exercised sufficiently in months ... and I feel great. :D

So I am going to look at this post every time I want a chocolate / loukoumi and remind myself of that positive feeling of success I feel right now! :D

8) I don't teach. Though it is something I'm thinking of going into, possibly. I just spend much of my time releasing pearls of my wisdom into the forum atmosphere  8) :D

I fancy a career change. I've been thinking about Full-Time beach-bum in Agia Napa. Wages aren't very good but great fringe benefits. Hell of a bonus scheme too 8)

It is half-term btw, I think. Don't have kiddies so I don't notice if the schools are in or not, thought the roads were quiet this morning.

No I'm not. I just enjoy exercise and working out. I wouldn't like to work in the industry because it's MY time and I enjoy it. If I worked in that environment too I wouldn't know where to draw the line between work and play, if that makes sense.

I'm glad you felt great after your exercise and sensible eating. You can reach such a high sometimes. Even almost as good as sex sometimes (I said almost  )

This positive feeling is what you need to exploit and use it as your reason to continue. But, one thing you must do, otherwise it could all end in failure, and that is to set an achievable target. This must be done as it's your way of measuring progression. Feeling good about your progress is an important factor in eventually succeeding. :D
