.... Yes quite correct ... you do not "own"anything in Cyprus unless it has been approved by the recognised legal authorities of the RoC.

The fact that you are an EU citizen residing in the illegal "trnc" may just makes matter worse for you not better

Why?...you need to hold onto something?...I thought I was clear in the other thread...I am selective...

Just walk over to the registry and stake your claim...

I reiterate:

There’s no such thing as… “pre 74 turkish tilte deeds” so quit propagating misinformation.

Any real estate transaction not conducted by the Department of Lands & Surveys to be found here…

http://www.moi.gov.cy/moi/dls/dls.nsf/d ... enDocument

…is an ILLEGAL transaction and the participating parties engaging in CRIMINAL behavior.

What, then, is the status of title deeds which were issued prior to 1974 by the RoC to Turkish Cypriots in respect of properties to which they had legal title, and which they have continued to own until today? In other words, there have been no transactions involving this property since 1974 and the original RoC title deeds are still in existence. This is what I understand the expression "pre-1974 Turkish title deeds" to refer to.

i don't live under your goverment and don't wish to. your bullshit doesn't wash with people here in the north. i have title deeds which will hold up in the e.u courts. fact is i purchased my house from someone who works for the eu, so i an ment to believe that people in high offices within the eu commision would buy and sell illegal property then.

I see we have another upstanding member of a so called society do we? supporting illegal activity based on violation of human rights.
