we don't get the racist shit here that you dish out if thats what you mean. we didn't run away from anywhere, unlike some people. as for all the immigrants coming to the uk and working hard your having a laugh, more like collecting their benefit cheques.

If this was happening to you, wouldn't you be looking for a new home?

I lived in Hounslow for a couple of years and it was one of the most peaceful, civilised neighbourhoods I have ever lived in. And the majority of the people in the area were Indian.

I wish all the Cypriots would go to Palmers Green and give us Britis some peace!

so you like a good curry and rice then. i went to school in redbridge, its not the older indians which are the problem its mainly the next generation of uk born indians who have a massive chip on their shoulder. tell that to my friends that live in birmingham, they tell me there are places they fear to go now.

As a matter of fact I love curry. My Anglo Indian wife makes a mean one, not to be outdone I follow suit. I visit the Asian sweet centre in Handsworth once a month, I stock up on gulab jammon. Always a friendly smile and a good chat.

Strange, I shared a flat in Hounslow for a while with a British born Indian. I got to know him, his fiancee and some of his firends quite well. They were all Britons of Indian parentage, all well educated and in professional jobs, all spoke perfect English. All really charming people. But, oh dear, they had darker skins than us. Bettter send them off to the gas chambers, eh?
"There are places they fear to go". What in Britain? Me, too. I fear to go to every sink housing estate in the country - regardless of the colour of the skin of the people who live there.
