The Turkish Cypriot failure at Buergenstock.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Get Real! » Thu May 29, 2008 6:10 pm

Wait a minute...

If these bodies were NOT dug up, but were about to be buried then they do NOT display decomposition... they can only possibly be charcoaled and Turkish napalm was the most likely culprit in July 1974!

I’ll wager these are charcoaled Greek Cypriots who died in the north about to be buried by Turks…

There's barely anything left of their "decomposed" bodies .... and I think bodies at such a stage of putrefaction would probably be beyond smelling ... But the soldiers are wearing kerchiefs for the smell ... which would collate with a recent burning as per GR!'s speculation.

I have since zoomed in and studied the picture in detail and I can CONFIRM with 100% accuracy that these are charcoaled bodies being buried by Turkish soldiers, the left-most of which is a Turkish officer. Good point about the handkerchiefs...

It appears that these propaganda websites have taken some of the photos from the Turkish military archives and used them for their “gain”…

You bloody fool,

If GR said milk was black you would jump in and agree with him. Stop following him around like a DOG.

So which part do you dispute here?

1. That they are Turkish soldiers?

2. That there's a need to cover one's nose from the smell?

3. That they are charcoaled?

Go on! Make a dork of yourself like you're use to...

The only reference I have found for this picture was on this website:

http://www.arvendalstudios.com/cyprus/html/ncyp35.html

It is written by a Swedish person and looks like some sort of travel record. I didn't find any caption stating that it was Swedish UN forces though.

This is an interesting little snippet from the same site:
