This was Lemon Drizzle Cake, although the one I made a few days earlier was "Luscious Lemon Pudding" ... and they both take 45 to 50 minutes at 180 ... However, it is customary to greet visitors and exchange a few pleasantries before tucking in .... :lol:

.... maybe get rid of some homemade "Lemonade" first too ...

(Yes, I still have masses of Lemons to shift :roll: )
