I'm assuming he will see a message from Cyprus Forum in his e-mail inbox, it's the usual procedure isn't it, surely he does not have to log on to the site to be aware of a PM.

Well, he would have to have a feature enabled that sends alerts to his email... still though anything to get in touch is better than nothing.

Sorry about the delay on replying but I have been quite busy at work and trying to catch up on loads of jobs I neglected at home. I have looked in on occasion but am a little tired. I have also lost hope that there will ever be a sensible settlement in Cyprus. That a few other events have kept me away. I will be back though but as of yet I have no time planned.
