Why partition is out of the question…

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Should the RoC storm the "TRNC" ... it would meet with opposition only from the 40,000 troops and weapons already stationed there ...... Turkey will not be sending reinforcements or back-up. GR! has shown the RoC is amply stocked to re-take the north.

Turkey will breath a sigh of relief, a blessing in disguise ..... the get out clause without loss of face. Turkey cannot contemplate open conflict with the EU ... let alone take over a whole EU country. Turkey will admit defeat, wondering why we took so long to object with force.

The battle has been raging for 34 years and Turkey has been spiritually, morally, and politically defeated with her main objective. Cyprus has become a potato that is too hot to handle. Stolen goods that she can do nothing with. Willing us to surgically remove the cancerous "TRNC" and remove the costly pain and misery of her biggest most recent mistake.

In time the "TRNC" will be another denied atrocity, to be forgotten. Revisionism revisited.

Turkey a little wiser, can re-build its image ... and perhaps acquire a new name!

It doesn't surprise me that you subscribe to the GR's stupid assertions that the ROC can emerge victorious after a war with Turkey !!
You have allowed your immense frustration with the current situation and jumped on GRs Trojan Horse ready to charge and liberated the occupied lands "" Poppycock , a war will be utterly catastrophic , thousand will lose their lives and many more will be come incapacitated for life. To even suggest that Cyprus with or without Greece can possibly contemplate a war scenario is not only absurd , ridiculous but to put it mildly fucking stupid.
Morons such as the arsehole GR are plentiful , mostly in mental institutions , he dares to insult my person for wanting a peaceful solution , for projecting an image of reconciliation and for building bridges of trust with our T/C compatriots. This arsehole should be locked up , he is a dangerous demagogue and should be treated as such.
Let him prove that His ridiculous ideas are welcomed , put it to the test , Miltiades's peaceful solution or GRs polemics.

So you decide to join us. Welcome! Come and play with our toys.

You guys must be crazy to cotemplate that we would just sit around and allow OUR country to suffer the indignity of occupation in perpetuity.

For someone that has resigned to the fact that no peace settlement will ever be, then the only thing that remains are our toys which are used to defend our honor and dignity. These toys are here and waiting for the day. Whether that be in 2 years or 10 years. The blessed day will come where we will see our toys rolling down the main street of Kyrenia.

The main problem facing the RoC should she have to attack the "TRNC" to regain her territory, is how to tell the TCs apart from the Turks / Settlers.

We know this dilemma may arise because Turkey had the same "problem" distinguishing between GCs and Greeks during her invasion ...... and chose to play safe and kill anyone Greek-speaking in her path!

You're ASSUMING that your projected stance is one of a "peaceful solution" but you're going to be surprised at how many see through your artificial lip service.

But anyway, that's fine with me miltiades so why don’t you start a poll like…

“Whose posts/threads do you find more interesting?”

…make your move.

War with Turkey   what a wanker.

Instead of getting upset and throwing insults why don't you spend half an hour on the net reading through the Turkish military's website, extracting some interesting information and countering our arguments?

What, and play war games with a couple of comic book heroes? Are you serious?

The fact that you are debating a possible all out war with Turkey makes this debate null and void anyway. Its a mismatch, nonstarter. It will never ever happen. Even if you were the elected president of the RoC it would still not happen because the minute you suggested it you would be in a strait-jacket locked up.

The only thing GR has not done to this chick yet is to piss and shit on her. And yet she adores him, she worships the ground he walks on. The chicks kinky.

Lets presume that this "blessed " day does arrive and the "toys " are rolling down the streets of Kyrenia , what do you think the Turkish Air force will be doing or the 40 thousand Turkish troops already in Cyprus , oh dear I forgot they would have already been wiped out by karagiozi GR !!!
My dear Paphitis , you do surprise me , I always found your posts reasonable and mature , what changed ?

I suggest we talk talk about love and peace. How we can move forward, how we can grow to respect and love one another. Teach our young ones to love and respect each other.

War is not the answer.
