Bad driving!

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Driving like a bloody maniac without consideration of other road users , the number losing their licenses indicates the quality of driving in Cyprus , bloody owfull . Cant wait when a law is introduced to stop the Plonkers fitting huge exhausts on their cars and making all that noise. My opinion , having been in the M.East and in Africa , is that the Cypriot drivers are equally bad !! Bet GR is the worst of them all in his Austin 1100 !!!

Come on Miltiades. Thats far too powerful for an OAP like GR. He probably has an old Fiesta 975 cc :)

And there are plenty more that deserve loosing their driving licence !

The orthopeadic ward is full of motorbikers who were hit by drunk tourists

I think that the police, although I hate the bastards ,are doing a good job .

The other day they stopped me for doing 125kmh but they let me off with a warning, since I admitted that I was speeding.

How can the police be doing a good job if they let you off for speeding, and you admitted it, you should of been fined twice..

Dont the old bill though leave the tourists alone? I mean for them to pull over a tourist they would have to be all over the road?

Maybe you'll be surprised, but after a full week driving by Cyprus roads ( 1200 km more or less) I have to say that you drive far better than I expect. If you think you drive bad and do strange things or speed to much I invite you to come to Spain Anytime and you'll see what bad driving means... people in the motorway at 200 km per hour, changing lane without prior notice... anything.
