How I can delete my posts?

How can I delete my first post? and my bussiness email address?

Contact the administrators to do something like this. If your post happens to be the first post, and nobody has replied to it, then you can simply press the delete button on the right-hand side of your post. If however, that post is not new, then I beleive you can still edit the content, by clicking on the right-hand side edit button. If you are unsure, contact the admin. They are always happy to help.
