Perhaps I have a chip on my shoulder. I do not like the hordes of british who have come here recently, i find most of them uncouth, uneducated and low class. i dont like it that they criticize me and my people on cyprus living and all the other forums, and in newspapers etc, and are continously treating us like retarded f*ckwits.

no cyprus is not perfect, but neither is england. they should remember that.

the ones who live quietly, respect us and try to learn a bit of greek are very welcome. but all those moaners and whingers can bugger off back to where they came from.

cyprus survived without them before, we can do so again

Good for you J&J

The double standards employed are obvious .... on the one hand Conor is perfectly entitled to disrupt and sabotage a worthwhile political landmark (egged on by the Turkish propaganda merchant, controlling Conor like a puppet) ... and on the other hand we are not allowed to object on a Cyprus forum.

What Conor is proposing to do is analogous to Gordon Brown coming to Cyprus to give a speech to the expats only to have some Cypriot come over to protest that some British builder in the UK had done him wrong.

Where's the logic

While i am banging away at this subject, another thing that drives me mad, is those brits who complain that they cant find a good job out here and have to go back to the UK.

OF COURSE YOU CANT FIND A JOB YOU FOOL ! YOU DONT SPEAK THE LANGUAGE !!!!

imagine a greek guy who cannot speak a word of english applying for a high-paid job in the UK !

idiots !

I don't know where you live JJ but I certainly don't treat anyone as a foreigner.
I have always been of the opinion if you work, pay your taxes , you are the same as everyone else, sunshine.

why the nickname ?

well, theres a tub of some kind of pink cream on my desk, which has the label 'johnson&johnson', that the mrs uses

i just used it, dont know why. couldnt think of a better name.

maybe i should change it to 'Stavros Kebab Eater' - would you feel more familiar/comfortable with that, jonesy ?

I agree with you!

Since Cyprus has joined the EU the quality of expats buying property here has fallen dramatically. They seem to have no interest in the Cyprus apart from whinging about it.

They can piss off back to the UK if they don’t like it.
