I scanned through the internet but I couldn't find info about the ferry routes from Cyprus to other countries. I would appreciate if you help me to find the tour operators that deal with departures to Israel, Lebanon and Egypt, if possible the cost of travelling.

Salamis Tours, Paradise Cruises, Louis have ships going to the requested countries. All departing from Limassol. Usually they do so-called "Mini-Cruises", meaning go there for about two days and stay overnight on the ship. But I believe you can also use them as a simple ferry. I don't think we use ferries just for transportation anymore. Mini-cruses are quite cheap though. I think you can get them for as little as 60 pounds. (but that would be in a very low crappy cabin)
