Hi, first posting.... can anyone advise on the cost that I can expect to pay to have an 8m x 4m pool installed on a property. Also what maintenance cost would I be looking at on a monthly basis?

Depends on the type of pool. Concrete or lined or firber glass etc.

For a concreted and tiled you are looking at around Cy£15,000 or so.

Maintenence is around Cy£80 per month which will probably include 2 cleans per week.



Where are you based, I maybe be able to get you a good price as I met someone today who does pools apparently much cheaper than the competition.

My uncle paid 20k GBP for a 6 * 12 m pool, everything included.
