its not my first posting,but its clear you have problem with life generally.you have a great imagination making your mind up that i have worked for you previously and somehow i am getting you back on this idiotic forum.it doesnt take much to get you to open up about how you run your business.i take a punt and guess you have a high staff turnover and you virtually agree with me and own up.with an attitude like yours it doesnt take much wit to guess you are an ogre as an employer.my guess is that you wont be trading in 5 years because you are so irrational that people will get fed up working for you and giving you contracts.an important factor in getting on in business is politeness,something you will always lack.
