A woman who scrawled the word "nigger" across a girl's forehead as a "joke" is facing jail after being convicted of racially-aggravated assault.

So dummy AC/DC Eric Dayi, it was not because she called anyone a "Nigger" that she was convicted for, but scrawled the word "nigger" on a child's forehead which is a aggravated assult and a hate crime that is racially motivated. She would have been charged aggravated assault if she wrote "sunshine" on her forehead if the child's parents chose to press charges against the woman. Fay Stockley, 57, was looking after children at her home when she began writing on their foreheads. She went round the other children - all of whom were white - writing their names before getting to the three-year-old black girl.

No body said that the usage of the word "nigger" does not have consequences. I just do not think it is illegal, but then again, I base my knowledge to the States where the word "nigger" was commonly used and still used mostly by red-necks and by blacks in the form of a "trash or street talk" towards each other. In the UK, it was mostly the word "wog" was used instead of "nigger". It was on the British TV in shows like "Till death do us Part" in the 70's. The British had their share of Racism towards "People of Colour" for a long time. There were no black TV show presenters, no black police officers, no black football players in the English National team during the early 70's.

To get back to your example where a teacher scrawled the word "nigger" on a black child's forehead, deserved what the teacher got. She committed a Hate Crime as well as Aggravated Assault because the teacher was a Racist and had the odassity to leave her hate marks on the child's forehead for everyone to see. Anytime one "invades" the body of another uninvited, it is a crime. Just by kissing the child on the cheek by a teacher is enough to file sexual harassment charges against him or her.

Using the word "nigger" towards a black person is a racist insult to that person, no doubt about it, but not to the whole black race, and not sure one can be prosecuted for it, if other events did not follow that made the matters worse, like fighting of damaging property.

The word Nigger is Spanish adaptation for Black .I see nothing racist about calling someone black , NEGRO in Greek and Nigger in Spanish. Man sentenced over 'racial insult'

A 55-YEAR-OLD man sentenced for calling a woman an “English bitch” did not know she was Welsh, it emerged today.

A row broke out between Michael Forsythe and Lorna Steele after his car accidentally scraped hers outside the building where they both work in Newtown, Powys, Mid Wales, and used the insult against her.

Jeff Thomas, Crown Prosecution Service area business manager for Dyfed Powys, said: “He went in and an argument ensued, during which he called the woman, amongst other things, an ’English bitch’.

“The police, rightly in our opinion, took the view that this was a racially-aggravated incident. We looked at the evidence and agreed with their assessment.”

Police were contacted after the incident in February. Now Forsythe, who runs a bric-a-brac shop in the same building as the tattoo parlour run by Mrs Steele and her husband, has been found guilty of racially aggravated disorderly behaviour by magistrates in Welshpool, Mid Wales. He denied the charge.

Forsythe, of Llanidloes Road, Newtown, who is originally from Northern Ireland, was sentenced to 10 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £200 costs.

Mr Thomas said it had been “in the public interest” to charge Forsythe with a racially-aggravated offence.

He said: “The test we apply is, immediately before, during or after the commission of the offence, did the perpetrator demonstrate hostility to the victim based on the membership, or presumed membership, of an ethnic group.

“He thought he was talking to an English person, but it turned out she wasn’t.”

Mr Forsythe told the Daily Mail it was “unbelievable” he had been prosecuted.

He said: “I’ve travelled all over Europe as a lorry driver and never had any problems with anybody and now they’re officially calling me a racist. It’s political correctness gone mad.”
