Its a great holiday!

Dont know who your market is but I know that when English folk want to go away they plan to relax and wind down not do an army exercise.

Holidays are all about taking time out and chilling!

I wish you luck anyway

True but if you look at the web site its not military style and its also not an actually holiday. Its for those who want to lose weight the fun way in a gorgeous country and meet new friends.

Perhaps you should take off the word 'holiday' from your website?

Hi ANTONIOU, not a criticism just a question, why do you only train women and exclude men from your weight loss program?

PS good luck with your venture hope it delivers all your desires.

Sounds too easy .... No pain ~ No Gain.

How much weight could one lose in a week?

What if one does not manage to shift any weight? (or horror of horrors, piles on a few pounds  ) .... is there a money-back guarantee? :?

Has the mini-bar been removed from the hotel room?

Hello all thanks for the replies. Well I am still in the British Army and will be living in Cyprus soon. I dont choose men as their type of weightloss training would be different. I have many ladies who have signed up and in reality they could lose minimum of 2lbs to 15lbs depending on their body mass. I ve tried it over here and its been great!

I think it costs £1,000?

I could lose you 15lbs in a week for less than that...
