I dont choose men as their type of weightloss training would be different. I have many ladies who have signed up and in reality they could lose minimum of 2lbs to 15lbs depending on their body mass. I ve tried it over here and its been great!
in one week? ...... do you want a volunteer guinea-pig?
I think it costs £1,000?
I could lose you 15lbs in a week for less than that...
..... I'll book a couple of weeks and go for the fashionable anorexic look then.

Have a word with yourself Antoniou. A calorie deficit of 3500 kcal is required for a weight loss of 1 lb of bodyfat. To lose 15lbs of body fat that equates to 52500 kcal deficit in a week. What a load of bollox!! The average woman wouldn't eat that many calories in 4 weeks!! Safely 2lbs is the upper limit for a weeks body fat loss. Male or female. This by a calorie deficit of 1000 kcals per day.
You also state the times are 0800-1700 every day. That is way, way, way too much. Optimum amount of time for cardio training is 20-45 minutes to be of benefit in one session. Weight training for lean body mass is recommended at no longer than, really about 1.5-2 hours per day. If you fit in 2 sessions of cardio and one of weights this comes to 3.5 hours, absolute max. And this would be tiring for a very fit person.
BTW, I do know what I'm talking about.
