Traditional Sirtaki is fromed of (I think) four 'sections'. Mybe some of our GC friends would elaborate better than I.

Perhaps like different movements in an 'Orchestral' piece. Diffeent moods/modes.

I have tried to join in Greek dances at parties etc, but believe me lessons are required!

Shouldn't you be in bed by now - holiday tomorrow you know!
