There is a antique dealer in Famagusta, just off the main square. He is a good man to try. If you have no luck there I can tell you where to get the stone and timber from in Limassol.
The doors are like gold dust, highly prized, but a good carpenter can easily copy them, the iron work is easily copied also.
The odd door can be found at the auction house in Limassol, you need to be round the back and rummage, not cheap though.

The auction house is just off five ways on the left towards the cinema. Old pine doors start at £30 upwards. Haggling is the name of the game there.

Come off the dual carriageway at Ayia Fila roundabout. Straight through the built up area. On the right hand side you will see a builders yard with pre fab concrete stones outside. They will cut and source any stone on the island.
Old roof timbers in oak, I have not cheap £150 metre

Roseandchan there is a carpenter in Famagusta that copies all sorts of antique stuff. I forgot the name of the place though. There chests are very popular.

Better still for stone, is the stone and granite factory at Linopetra. Come off the dual carriageway at Linopetra, first left at the lights, 400 metres on the right.

Serendipity in Girne have a collection of old doors, roof timbers and stone etc. They have a big open air area where you rummage through.
