What do you think we have been fighting for 44 years?????????????

WHAT have you been fighting for Umit? I want it in a HUGE font...

We have been fighting for our right of administering this island as equal partners. Since 64" we have had our seperate administerative bodies. One just cannot put all this aside and move on not after 44 years. Whether you like it or not GR there will always be a kind of partition on the island. The question is will we all live happily in ONE united Cyprus or do it the hard way. GR we will NEVER be a minority in your GR style democracy, the man you worship ( Tpap ) says loads about what you have in store for us. Sorry GR but the "Akritas plan reloaded" will never happen.

You'll need a divine Muslim intervention to convince the 1.2 million Greek Cypriots worldwide that 150,000 Turkish Cypriots should withdraw into half the island and issue 50% of “orders” instead of embracing democracy.

As for “Partition the hard way” again... more divine Muslim intervention needed in which case you're left with the status quo... Tpap was not so wrong after all playing for time was he now?

I JUST LOVE THIS FROM YOU GR. It really brought out the real you.

FANTASTIC.

a) While your count includes the GCs WORLDWIDE, you ONLY include TCs in the TRNC.

As Borat says, "Niiiiice".

b) "more divine Muslim intervention".....GR brings in his secret weapon while no one else has mentioned religion at all.

Again...."Niiiiice".

c) TPap did what no one else managed GR, he put the TRNC on the world map and single handedly turned the world against you Greeks and GCs. God bless his cotton socks, I wished I could meet the guy and shake his hand. I'd even buy him a Turkish coffee and present him the best Turkish Delight ever made.

http://www.un.org/apps/news/story.asp?N ... yprus&Cr1=
The poll found that “a strong majority” of Greek Cypriots said a unitary State solution was satisfactory, but a similar proportion of Turkish Cypriots viewed such an outcome as unacceptable. Most Turkish Cypriots preferred a two-State arrangement, but most Greek Cypriots said they regarded that idea as untenable.

Yet a majority on both sides saw a federal settlement as “the second best option and would be prepared to accept such a constitutional framework, at the very least as a compromise solution,” according to a press release summarizing the poll results.

Supporters among Greek Cypriots (65 per cent) tended to regard a federal settlement as “tolerable,” whereas Turkish Cypriot supporters (70 per cent) usually viewed it as “satisfactory.” Only small minorities of either community believed the status quo was the answer.

“Rejecting a federal solution out of hand, under any circumstances and regardless of the specific plan, is not a majority viewpoint in either community,” the release added.

Some sort of federal solution is the best (or worst) that is going to happen now. Otherwise the two parts will just drift apart into permanent partion.

For the future? Cyprus is a small island, so after a while common interests may bring both sides further together if both communities see it in their common interests, or common hostility will drive the constituent parts of the federation further and further apart.

One thing that is not going to happen in the immediate future is a one-man, one-vote republic, which only a GC could describe as democratic (like hey! Why don't Cyprus and both 'mother countries' join up in a single, united, democratic, one-man, one-vote republic so that we will all have the same mother country  )

Now there's an idea but somehoooooow....I don't think the Greeks and GCs will want to be a minority in a country where Muslim Turks are in majority.

Maybe we should do a GR kind of "survey" to find out, I may be wrong you know.

Cry away GR because you have either made yourself look stupid or made your comrades look stupid for lying their heads off for claiming that at least 100,000 TCs left Cyprus between 1960 and present date. They still claim that TCs are leaving the TRNC for a "better life" abroad and hence the reason why there are so few TCs left in the whole of Cyprus.

If you are lying then you made yourself stupid and then again if your comrades are lying then you again made yourself look stupid for proving your comrades are liars.

The question is who is telling lies, you or your comrades?

You choose GR. :wink::wink::wink::wink::wink:

Keep crying GR and here are some more smilies for you.
