I had a call from Eliko earlier as he is now within "range".

He asked me to pass on greetings to all the forumers and to say that he will be back on the forum in about two weeks time.

Special mention was made of Miltiades and his wife, to whom he wishes all the best. Miltiades, he was pleased to hear you are a grandpa again and politely enquired if you still posted in the same manner.

He sounds like he is very much looking forward to the forum exchanges, and he will regale us all with his adventures.

Oh dear , what can I say about Eliko !! If you speak to him again do thank him for his kind wishes , but also do inform him that the old boy is not "for turning "" !!
